Manbroker Sp. z o.o. is looking for men, women, and couples to work in a warehouse sorting and packing clothing hangers. We’re happy to hire candidates under 26 with the status of student.
Location: Gdańsk, Kokoszki area
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is easy work in a warm warehouse, and no experience or special skills are required. The duties include sorting hangers by type, checking for defects, packing them into boxes, and moving the boxes around the warehouse using a hand cart. Flexible work schedule with 2, sometimes 3, shifts (only for a few months a year).

WHAT WE OFFER:
Salary:
- 30.00 PLN/net/hour for students under 26 who are officially studying.
- 22.70 PLN/net/hour for students over 26 who are officially studying.
Employment:
- Only official employment
- Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenia)
- Free medical examination
Additional information:
- You can wear your own comfortable clothes. We provide special shoes and a reflective vest. The warehouse is kept at a comfortable temperature – it’s not cold.
- Help with residency permits.

WORK CONDITIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work schedule:
- Shifts are 8 hours, 5 (sometimes 6) days a week. Two shifts: the first from 5:50 AM to 1:50 PM; the second from 1:50 PM to 9:50 PM; the third shift (only for a few months a year) from 9:50 PM to 5:50 AM.
- Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday). Schedule may change depending on warehouse needs.
Responsibilities:
- Women: Sorting hangers by type, checking for defects, packing them into boxes. Mostly standing work. The work isn’t physically hard, but you need to work quickly with your hands.
- Men: Sealing boxes with tape, loading them onto carts or wooden pallets, and moving them around the warehouse using a hand cart. The maximum box weight is 18 kg.
Bonuses:
Every month, 4 top employees receive a Vemat card worth 180 PLN. You can use these cards to buy drinks (hot and cold), snacks, and food from vending machines at work.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM CANDIDATES:
- Legal stay of the candidate in Poland.
- Status as a full-time student at a Polish educational institution.
- Independent rental of housing and commuting to work
- Good eyesight – you can work with glasses, but serious vision issues are not allowed.
- good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work and earn money.
- Flexibility with the schedule (including night shifts).
- Responsibility.
- Desire for long-term cooperation.
